Hurricane Milton hit near Sarasota Wednesday night with powerful winds and drenching rains that destroyed homes and businesses, flooded neighborhoods and spawned deadly tornadoes as the storm crossed the state.
For many of our neighbors to the north, this was the second time in two weeks their lives have been upended by devastating hurricanes.
As communities along the I-4 corridor assess the damage from Hurricane Milton, we stand ready to help. We know the power of philanthropy is crucial to providing help for emergency response as well as long-term investments required for communities to bounce back from times of crisis.
