A few of the comments from past participants:
“This program has been an incredible, positive experience for our organization. The entire program provided relevant, directly applicable models and structures that have already impacted our organization for the better. I can truly say this program has and will continue to make an impact on our operations and our capacity to serve the community. ”
“Our board was disengaged and suffered from Founders Syndrome. At the first workshop, the founding board chair in attendance decided to step down as a board member and focus on an advisory committee. This was at the first meeting – it was clear that change would be inevitable! I could not have anticipated the change in leadership that took place during this program."
“This training was really important to meet the challenges of the future. This was top notch training. The board learned effectiveness, governance, cutting edge trends, and procedures that will really help. It has revamped the recruitment process for the board focusing us on people who will really make a difference.”
