Organizational Eligibility Requirements:
• Tax exempt organization
• Located in or serve residents of Broward County
• At least 3 years in operation
• Full-time paid or volunteer CEO
• Record of regularly scheduled board meetings

Requirement:
- Dedicated attendance by the same core board members, committed to change (minimum attendance by CEO/ED and Board Chair required)
Program Details:
- Two (2) full training notebooks provided. You may copy one for all board members attending
- One (1) and a half day board retreat to educate your board on governance, board recruitment, fundraising, roles and responsibilities:

Friday, September 21, 2012 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Saturday, September 22, 2012 8:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m (Breakfast and lunch included)
- One (1) full day working session to provide a facilitated structure for a team approach to decision making around critical issues with Chuck Loring.
- Tuesday, October 30, 2012 - 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (working dinner provided)
