The Leadership Institute is dedicated to building the awareness, skills and values of leadership among the citizenry in Broward County.
We believe that especially in a community that is diverse as Broward - with our 31 cities that are home to residents from 166 different countries who speak more than 50 unique languages - effective leadership is fundamental to our health and vibrancy.
We are proud of our history of working with the nonprofit sector in Broward County to strengthen it through strategic grants and leadership development. We serve a wide range of organizations from emerging nonprofits to well-established ones.
Leadership Excellence Series
We offer a wide variety of practical, effective, and engaging seminars on important leadership issues. The focus is on topics such as board development, executive leadership, and strategic planning to name a few.
