Community Foundation of Broward Fundholders, supporters and civic, business and community leaders came together on November 1, 2012 to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Foundation’s new offices. View event photos

The celebration honored the
contributors to the Foundation’s OneBroward campaign and all the philanthropists the Foundation serves.
Guests toured the new offices, enjoyed locally grown food and beverages and participated in educational activities focused on informing them about Foundation efforts to foster philanthropy and address critical community issues.
The event also concluded with the naming of the
Krupnick Family Conference Room - the final space available for OneBroward naming support. Guest Bill Kohn won the event’s $1,000 grant drawing for his nonprofit of choice, the
Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival.
Guests also participated in a "
Philanthropoly" activity that saw $150,000 in hypothetical gifts distributed to seven fields of interest. You can view these distributions below and all activity quiz answers
